Business Development Manager
This is a full-time position responsible for managing the Defence Market and overseeing the Business Development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or business development, minimum of 10 years in a technical role with customer-facing experience, and current Defence Security Clearance.
The Role
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Defence sector.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and prime contractors.
* Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to align product and service offerings with customer needs.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable partnerships.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in sales or business development.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical role with customer-facing experience.
* Current Defence Security Clearance.
* Experience and understanding of the Defence Market.
