What you'll be doing
* Leading, coaching and developing a high‑performing aesthetics sales team of 8 across NSW and QLD
* Spending a significant amount of time (60%) in field coaching, guiding and developing the BDMs
* Travel to QLD at least once per month for a week to spend time in field with team
* Driving growth across a portfolio that includes anti‑wrinkle injectables, dermal fillers, skin‑boosting technologies and devices
* Building strategic relationships with key accounts, including cosmetic clinics, aesthetic injectors, dermatology and plastic surgery practices
* Supporting clinics with treatment protocols, product training, clinical education events and business‑building initiatives
* Analysing regional performance, market trends and competitor activity within the aesthetics landscape
* Executing national sales and brand strategies at a regional level with excellence and consistency
* Partnering with marketing, medical affairs and training teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
* Providing accurate forecasting, reporting and regional insights to senior leadership
What you'll bring
* Demonstrated experience in a sales leadership role, ideally within the aesthetics, injectable, capital or medical device markets
* A strong understanding of the cosmetic clinic environment and the revenue levers that drive clinic performance
* Proven ability to inspire, mentor and elevate field-based sales teams
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret sales data, market insights and clinic performance metrics
* Excellent communication, relationship‑building and negotiation skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong internal stakeholder management skills
* Willingness to travel regularly across both states
