Your problem-solving and excellent communication skills will serve you well as you work closely with others and independently to deliver the highest standard of care.What's neededCert III in Individual Support or other relevant qualification or demonstrated experience in supporting people with disabilities or aged care needs, with a willingness to undertake Cert III study.Completing the training modules of the NDIS Commission Quality Safety and You (NDIS Commission website).
