About the Role
As a trainee revit draftsperson, you will support our team on a wide range of engineering projects. This is a hands-on opportunity to develop skills in 3D modelling, technical drawing and multidisciplinary coordination while learning from some of the best in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work alongside experienced engineers and designers across multiple disciplines.
· Create and update 3D models and detailed technical drawings using Autodesk Revit.
· Assist with design layouts, documentation and BIM coordination for real-world projects.
· Apply CES drawing standards and contribute to quality control.
· Support internal project libraries and documentation workflows.
· Engage in team learning and mentoring sessions to sharpen your skills.
About You
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team member who is eager to learn and grow in engineering design. The ideal candidate will have:
· A diploma / certification, or is currently studying Drafting, Engineering Design, or a related field.
· Basic Revit knowledge or experience (TAFE projects or personal work welcome)
· Strong attention to detail, a proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
· A genuine interest in engineering design and a desire to build a career in the industry.
