They are seeking to engage a senior HR professional to drive the development of structured people systems, leadership capability, and long-term workforce planning.

The role will also involve identifying and addressing gaps in onboarding, performance management, capability development, and workforce data governance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Delivering the Roles & Responsibilities (R&R) Project
">
* Leading execution across three core priority focus areas
">
* Initiating a targeted cultural uplift project aligned to foundational reform
">
* Directly managing the HR Manager during the engagement
">
* Being accountable for delivering outcomes across the broader HR transformation program
">

Requirements:
">
We are looking for a senior-level HR professional with experience delivering HR transformation in operational environments.
">
Proven ability to lead internal staff, coach managers, and embed people systems.
">
Strong change leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
">
Demonstrated experience working with a workforce at varying levels of change readiness, adapting approaches accordingly.
">
Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and practical levels.
