Main Responsibilities:

* Book and manage appointments for the senior sales team.
* Introduce and explain our FX solutions with clarity and confidence.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and manage sales data efficiently.
* Support business development initiatives and contribute to team success.

Requirements:
* 1–3 years of telesales inside sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
* A strong communicator with a confident professional phone manner.
* Grit, drive, and a resilient mindset – you bounce back from setbacks.
* A proactive self-starter who thrives on hitting targets and contributing to a winning team.
* Language skills in Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean highly valued.
* Fx or financial industry experience is a bonus but not essential – training provided.
