At RH Stylist', we are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team in Ormeau, Queensland. As a casual role, this position offers the flexibility to fit around your lifestyle while contributing to the success of our thriving hair and beauty salon.
What you'll be doing
* Providing exceptional hair styling services to our diverse client base, including cutting, colouring, and treating hair
* Offering personalised hair consultations to understand client needs and deliver tailored styles
* Maintaining a high level of technical skill and keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and techniques
* Assisting with the training and mentorship of junior stylists to support their professional development
* Ensuring a positive and welcoming customer experience that aligns with the RH Stylist' brand
* Contributing to the smooth running of the salon through effective communication and teamwork
What we're looking for
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Hair Stylist in a professional salon environment
* Exceptional haircutting, colouring, and styling skills with a keen eye for detail
* A passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing learning and development
* Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
* Certificate IV in Hairdressing qualification is required
* Australian permanent residency status is required for this position
