Main Responsibilities

* Lead strategic planning, team management, sales growth, and pre-event planning/management for conferences and events at several prominent locations.
* Achieve revenue targets, enhance guest experiences, and position our organization as a premier destination for unique and memorable events.
* Represent the Hospitality division and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including tourism bodies.
Requirements
* Degree in Hospitality, Sales, Event Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
* Experience in high-volume, multi-venue, high-turnover businesses.
* Proven leadership in sales, planning, and coordination within hospitality.
