Business Development Manager
Job Purpose:
* Evaluation and development of strategic markets in Australia, with a focus on business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and implement focused plans for existing and emerging customers and sectors, aligned with the company's medium-term strategy.
2. Analyze sales data to gain insights into target markets, identify opportunities for growth, and inform product developments.
3. Solicit client approvals and specifications compliance for projects while driving general product advancements.
4. Prioritize market entry barriers, outline targets for sales growth, coordinate promotional activities in target regions to introduce new products effectively.
PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDE, COORDINATE DEMONSTRATIONS AND TRIAL ORDERS WITH MAJOR CUSTOMERS TO GAIN EXPERIENCE AND PRE-QUALIFICATION
