About Us
Shamai Nail Baldivis (THE SHAMAI FAMILY TRUST) is a beauty and nail service business based in Baldivis, Western Australia. We provide a range of beauty treatments and client care services in a professional salon environment. We are currently seeking a full-time Beauty Therapist to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
* providing beauty therapy treatments to clients
* performing basic treatments and skin care services
* providing manicure, pedicure, nail care and related beauty services where relevant to the role
* advising clients on beauty treatments and services
* maintaining treatment rooms, equipment hygiene, and salon cleanliness standards
* managing client bookings and providing general customer service (phone, email, in-clinic)
* Coordinating bookings and daily schedules
* monitoring and maintaining stock of treatment products and salon supplies
Skills and Experience Required
Applicants should have:
* a relevant qualification in beauty therapy or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
* practical experience in delivering beauty therapy services
* good customer service and communication skills
* knowledge of salon hygiene and safety standards
* passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience
* highly organised with strong multitasking ability
* proactive, reliable, and committed to being part of a team
