Role Overview
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced administrator to provide accurate and timely administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across site functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll records, daily hours, work orders, production folders, quality documents, contractor coordination, onboarding, receipted manufactured components, invoices, non-stock items, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to enquiries and quote standard spare parts
* Manage payroll records and daily hours
* Raise, release, and close work orders
* Prepare production folders and quality documents
* Coordinate contractors and support onboarding
* Receipt manufactured components
* Process and follow up on invoices
* Purchase and receipt non-stock items
* General admin support and site activities
Requirements and Skills
* Experienced administrator with strong organisational and time management skills, able to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Confident in MS Office and ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
* Collaborative team player with a proactive and flexible approach
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varied workload
* Strong safety focus in all aspects of work
