As Regional Manager - Branches (Northern Adelaide & NT), you’ll play a pivotal role in steering our retail banking network through a period of growth, innovation, and bold transformation. You’ll lead from the front, inspiring teams, uplifting performance, and delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers across SA’s North and the Northern Territory. In this high-impact role, you will: Drive growth in customers, revenue, service, and profitability through effective planning and delivery of retail banking strategies. Lead a strong risk culture across the region, responsible for effective risk management, proactive protection of customers, compliance with regulatory requirements and issue management. Build, develop, and motivate high-performing leaders and teams, ensuring strong performance, engagement, and a customer-first culture. Provide effective change leadership to implement transformation initiatives and deliver aligned, consistent customer experiences. Manage regional budgets and resources to maximise operational efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance. Promote the region in the community through corporate social responsibilities, business networking and business development activities.
