About the Role
As our Construction Manager, you will be pivotal in delivering our luxury multi-residential projects across Brisbane. This is a full-time leadership role for an experienced construction professional who thrives on managing complex, high-end builds and is passionate about quality, and innovation.
What You'll Be Doing
* Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning and scheduling to budgeting and resource allocation.
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship.
* Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective problem-solving strategies.
* Maintain clear and regular communication with the Directors, project stakeholders, and the wider Joe Adsett team.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
* Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our construction processes and procedures.
* Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers, embodying our commitment to excellence and collaboration.
What We're Looking For
* Extensive experience (8+ years) in a construction management role, ideally within the luxury or high-end residential sector.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate construction teams, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and industry regulations; building qualification preferred.
* Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement detailed project plans.
* Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
