The Opportunity
The Cyber Security and ICT Risk Lead is responsible for leading the Cyber security capability within Legal Services, including leading and mentoring the cyber team members.
This role is responsible for ensuring that information security is considered in all technology undertakings, including project security assessments and operational requirements.
The Cyber Security and ICT Risk Lead represent cyber security and risk in the Information Services strategic planning and technology roadmap.

Salary Range
$121,107 to $125,679 salary plus 12% super and leave loading.

As a not-for-profit organisation, Legal Services offers its employees attractive salary sacrifice arrangements, including up to $15,900 pre-tax each Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) each year for general living expenses.
Term of Employment
24 month contract at the ASO8 classification level.
What You Need For Success
The ideal candidate will:
* have ability to lead, mentor and manage cohesive teams, including technical and GRC staff by setting direction, motivating employees, effectively delegating tasks and coordinating work through strong leadership principles.
* have ability to develop leadership reporting, focusing on key ICT Risk and Security metrics.
* have experience in a technology discipline.
* have experience leading the design, implementation and management of security policy and architecture.
* have experience in managing security metrics and KPI development.
* have expertise in responding to emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
* be able to lead cybersecurity frameworks implementation and governance and response to external review findings.
* have experience working with stakeholders - including governance committees, program and project managers, end-users, and technical staff - to ensure adherence to security policies and architectures.
* be have a track record of mentoring junior staff and leading multidisciplinary teams.
