We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our crew at our thriving franchise in Acacia Ridge, Australia. As a Crew Member, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a satisfied appetite.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, friendly, and efficient customer service to all guests.
- Take accurate orders and process transactions with attention to detail.
- Prepare and serve high‑quality food items according to company recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant, including work areas and dining spaces.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, following all safety and hygiene protocols.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by supporting colleagues and maintaining a can‑do attitude.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and demonstrate flexibility in various roles within the restaurant.
- Participate in team‑building activities to enhance the workplace experience.
- Strive for continuous improvement by actively seeking and applying feedback from supervisors and guests.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash and card transactions.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willingness to learn and master multiple roles within the restaurant.
- Passion for food and interest in our cuisine is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (training will be provided).
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- No prior experience required – we offer comprehensive training to set you up for success.
