The Role This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing front-of-house operations across all private dining and event experiences on the property. You'll oversee everything from set-up to service delivery — collaborating closely with chefs, managing service teams, and ensuring every moment feels seamless for guests. Whether it’s a two-day wedding, a private long-table dinner, or a luxury weekend stay, you’ll bring calm coordination, high service standards, and strong operational skills to every experience. Key Responsibilities Lead front-of-house service across all private dining and event functions Manage and mentor casual and permanent FOH staff across event zones Coordinate timing, service flow, and guest experience with the in-house chef team Oversee bar and beverage service, including stock control and ordering Support the development of curated beverage offerings in line with event styles Manage staff rosters, pre-event briefings, and shift planning Ensure seamless bump-in/bump-out and guest experience across all touchpoints Uphold service standards and adapt calmly to event-specific needs Required Skills and Experience Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant, event, or hospitality management Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent work experience Proven ability to lead FOH teams across variable service styles Strong knowledge of F&B service and event delivery logistics Experience with ordering, stock control, and beverage service oversight Confident working closely with kitchen/chef teams to align service flow Personal Attributes Calm, confident, and solutions-focused under pressure Warm, hands-on leader who motivates others Detail-oriented and guest-focused in every interaction Thrives in changing environments — from intimate dinners to large celebrations Collaborative and adaptable with strong time management Benefits and Perks Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 Super Stunning estate venue with a mix of curated dining and private events Supportive, values-driven hospitality team
