* Located in Melbourne's North-West | Work from home flexibility
* $75,000 -$85,000 + super | 15 month contract
* Part-time 4 days a week | Monday-Thursday
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller your role will comprise elements of both Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Timely and accurate processing of invoices
* Completing weekly and monthly payment runs
* Bank reconciliations
* Receipting and allocation of payments
* Handle general account queries
* Follow up overdue payments
* Reconciliation duties
* Assist with end of month reporting
* Complete various reporting duties
* Provide support to the finance team where required
The Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Officer position as well as the following attributes:
* Previous experience in both Accounts Payable and Receivable
* A passionate and positive 'can do' attitude
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Ability to hit the ground running
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
