As a Support Professional, you will make a real difference in the lives of clients by helping them maintain their independence and connection to their community.
About the Role
* Deliver high-quality personal care services including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
* Provide domestic assistance: cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe living environment
* Assist with social and community engagement: outings, appointments, and building connections
* Support clients in developing life skills and independence: shopping, cooking, and daily living tasks
* Offer medication and transportation support: for those suitably qualified
* Provide respite and mental health support: temporary care and behaviour management
Key Requirements
* QLD C/CA Driver's Licence + reliable vehicle
* Compassionate and client-centred approach
* Strong communication and resilience in challenging situations
* Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support or equivalent
* Minimum 12 months of industry experience
* Experience in personal care, manual handling, and behaviour support
