Harnessing expert knowledge and skills, we specialise in delivering strategic excellence and creative brilliance.The Head of Production will have overall accountability for our production output.
Forming part of the leadership group, this fast-paced and varied role will cover strategy, people management, delivery and process improvement.Some of the things you'll be working on... Contribute heavily to The Local Production strategy, processes and delivery to ensure we are providing a world-class experience for internal and external clients.Manage the day-to-day operations of the full in-house production team including video editors, producers, and videographers.Build career pathway frameworks for the production department, set objectives, and manage performance reviews whilst remaining hands-on through regular 121s, coaching, and mentorship to ensure the team is happy, healthy, and engaged.Manage top-tier/high pressure clients with professionalism and confidence.Review and refresh The Local Production processes, workflows, and tooling to ensure we are meeting industry best practices.As part of the senior leadership team, represent production in planning sessions, partnering with other 'Head Of' stakeholders, ensuring that issues are raised and addressed appropriately and that team cohesion remains strong.Experience you'll need... Previous experience as a Head of Production or similar in a media production company.
