About the role:

The National Project Delivery Manager - Pharmacy is responsible for leading and managing pharmacy-related projects from conception through completion, including Signage. This role involves coordinating with various departments, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, optimising pharmacy operations, and implementing technology solutions to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. The National Project Delivery Manager will also be responsible for budget management, resource allocation, and maintaining project timelines.


Role & Responsibilities:

* Plan, coordinate, and deliver pharmacy projects on time, within scope, and budget.
* Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to guide execution.
* Allocate and manage internal and external resources effectively.
* Ensure correct and timely execution of signage for community pharmacies.
* Conduct regular updates and align stakeholders through meetings and reporting tools like Monday.com.
* Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Analyze workflows, implement enhancements, and integrate new pharmacy technologies.
* Ensure adherence to WHS policies and actively lead safety initiatives and training.
* Maintain and optimise project tracking systems like Monday.com to ensure 99% task completion.


Skills & Experience:

* Strong project management expertise, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource coordination.
* Experience in leading large-scale projects, especially in retail, construction, or pharmacy sectors.
* Customer-focused mindset, alongside strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A proven ability to influence across all levels.
* Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork, contributing actively to shared goals.
* High-level problem-solving and decision-making abilities, using data and insights to drive outcomes.
* Change leadership skills, encouraging innovation and supporting process improvement initiatives.
* Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Deep understanding of healthcare and signage regulations, especially within Australian standards
* Commitment to health, safety, and compliance, ensuring adherence to WHS and regulatory requirements.
* Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Business or Project Management, with PMP certification preferred.
* Flexibility to travel across pharmacy locations and a valid driver’s licence.
