What You'll Do:
* Originate residential mortgage loans including conventional, FHA, VA, reverse mortgages, and non-QM products
* Manage the full loan process from application to close with the support of our processing team
* Build and maintain strong referral partner relationships (realtors, brokers, financial advisors)
* Educate borrowers and ensure a smooth, transparent client experience
* Meet or exceed monthly production goals

Who We're Looking For:
* Licensed MLO with NMLS credentials (required)
* 1+ year of mortgage origination experience (open to ambitious newcomers)
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* Self-starter mindset with strong follow-through
* Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools
* Bilingual a plus (especially Spanish)
