Job Description

The Administration Clerk is required to coordinate new vehicle stock swaps with other dealerships via email and phone, maintain accurate floor plans using various databases, raise repair orders using internal programs, attend the NSW Transport Department, and support our Sales department with paperwork compliance. Additionally, they will reconcile tasks such as registering vehicles, perform general administration duties like data input, reports, stationery, and scanning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Excellent time-management and attention to detail.
* Brilliant communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders.
* ERA experience preferred but not essential.
* Knowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of the automotive industry highly regarded but not essential.
