Job Description
This permanent, part‐time opportunity offers hands‐on experience in the OSHC industry. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Shift Schedule
You'll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: Before‐school care: 7 am‐9 am. After‐school care: 3 pm‐6 pm. Total hours: 25 hours.
The Role
As the Second in Charge (2IC), you'll be a key leader in delivering high‐quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in our service.
The Successful Candidate
* Ideally you have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is by no means essential – we can train you!
* Thrives in a fast‐paced environment and still a big kid at heart!
* Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
* You're a strong team player with excellent problem‐solving skills and a can‐do, positive attitude.
* Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary‐aged children.
* Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN!
* Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards. (Visit www.acecqa.gov.au for more info)
