Position: Workforce, Rostering & Administration Coordinator
Olive Care is seeking a highly organized and proactive Workforce, Rostering & Administration Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that Care Workers are effectively matched with participants, schedules are managed efficiently, and administrative processes support the delivery of exceptional services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage Care Worker schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered efficiently.
* Match staff to participants based on skills, availability, and suitability.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support, including participant onboarding, data entry, and documentation management.
* Act as a key point of contact for Care Workers, participants, and external agencies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth operations, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
Skills and Requirements:
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and professional skills.
* Experience in workforce coordination, rostering, or administration, preferably within disability or aged care services.
* Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
* Minimum of 1-2 years experience in workforce coordination, rostering, or administration required.
* Essential experience in disability or aged care services required.
* Australian work rights essential for this position.
