What You'll Do
* Owning an agile team of data engineers and collaborating with solution architects, analysts, and data scientists.
* Crafting and implementing data models and pipelines to enable flawless extraction and integration into the Process Mining platform.
* Establishing and maintaining strong data governance, lineage modelling, and technical documentation.
* Leading data enablement initiatives with an Agile approach to drive timely delivery and quality outcomes.
* Collaborating with team members to identify inefficiencies and suggest data‑driven solutions.
What You Bring
* Proven experience in data engineering, data management, and schema design with expertise in SQL, Python, and Java.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to develop scalable data solutions.
* Experience in Agile project management and leading technical teams in sophisticated environments.
* Demonstrating knowledge of process mining concepts and a passion for using data to optimize business processes.
* Excellent collaborator engagement skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
