Guest Service Agent Role
We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
This is a part-time role that involves working with guests, managing bookings, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

* Kick off memorable guest experiences with warm welcomes
* Acknowledge IHG One Rewards members and returning guests
* Manage and receive payments for guest bookings
* Make check-in and check-out processes swift and seamless
* Anticipate and offer tailored recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in a Front Office position or with Opera (PMS) highly regarded
* Excellent communication skills – able to handle guest concerns and compliments effectively
* Problem-solving skills to turn issues into opportunities
* Fluency in the local language – extra language skills a bonus but not essential
* Literate and tech-savvy – good reading, writing, basic math, and computer skills required
