THE PERSON Strong and effective leadership skills; the ability to support, motivate, effectively manage and communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds Highly developed commercial skills with experience managing complex contracts and/or P&Ls Proven leadership experience within food services, hospitality, or facilities management at a senior/State level. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering on budgets, growth, and client outcomes. Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships. Strategic thinker who can balance operational detail with big-picture planning.
