Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Strategist
We're seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team. As the Head of Recruitment Operations, you will play a critical role in shaping our hiring strategy and processes.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement tracking systems to evaluate key metrics such as time to fill, diversity of hire, quality of hire, talent pool health, funnel conversion, and CSAT by function, level, and region.
* Identify process efficiencies across the hiring cycle based on data and insights.
* Advise leadership on action plans to address performance, capacity, and workforce planning, including proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
* Create insight-driven plans and implementation strategies for leaders to lift functional effectiveness.
* Ensure delivery of functional OKRs through planning, systematising, tracking, and enablement for leadership.
* Design regular routines, embedding Time Well Spent principles across the function.
* Take a consultative approach to the communication strategy, leading with high-quality data and insights aligned to team effectiveness and stakeholder engagement.
