About Us:

Your Role Includes:
* Serving drinks and assisting in gaming, bistro, and bar environments.
* Managing POS operations, processing payouts, attending to machine faults.
* Ensuring compliance with RSA/RCG standards and maintaining a safe, welcoming atmosphere.
* Collaborating with team members to deliver top-notch guest experience.
What You Need:
* Valid NSW RSA, RCG, and ARCG competency cards - essential
* Flexibility to work nights, weekends, public holidays—own transport preferred.
* Great communication, a positive attitude, and a team-focused approach.
* Previous bar, gaming, TAB/Keno, bistro and or supervisor experience.
* A great personality with a passion for customer service.
