About the role
A large enterprise organisation is delivering a Workday implementation and is seeking an experienced Workday Functional Business Analyst to join its program team.
This role focuses on end-to-end implementation delivery, working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT stakeholders to design and implement Workday solutions.
What you'll be doing
* Deliver functional BA work across a Workday implementation
* Gather and document business requirements and functional designs
* Support Workday configuration (processes, security, reports)
* Partner with HR, Payroll and Finance stakeholders
* Support testing, UAT and go-live activities
* Work with internal IT teams and implementation partners
What you'll bring
* Experience as a Workday Functional Business Analyst
* Proven delivery on Workday implementations
* Hands-on configuration across one or more modules (HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent or Financials)
* Strong stakeholder and communication skills
* Experience in large or complex organisations
* Workday certifications highly regarded
