At Haileybury, we are leading the way in redefining education and are seeking an innovative and people focused professional to join the Early Learning team, based in Melbourne City.
The primary responsibility of an Educator is to work alongside and support the Lead Educators of the service. To facilitate a holiday program during term break periods. To always adhere to the Education and Care Services National Regulations under the Education and Care Services National Law.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Being a passionate educator and striving to achieve our ELC goals (as outlined in our Policy Manual) and ensuring our philosophy is reflected in daily practice.
- Respecting and providing support and inclusion for all children, regardless of gender, cultural background or socio economic status
- Acting as a positive role model, demonstrating appropriate behaviour and language
- Providing adequate supervision for the children, and support colleagues in achieving the same (no staff member should be performing another task while supervising children)
- Assisting in the collection, recording and evaluation of children's records and observations, as required by the Department of Education
