Job Title: Digital Optimisation Manager
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will lead and execute projects and conversion rate optimisation initiatives within our Digital Operations team. This is a key member position, requiring close collaboration with stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive increase in conversion rate by optimising online sales channels, campaigns, and experiences.
* Develop and execute experimentation and optimisation roadmaps within your team, including personalisation, A/B testing, and behavioural economics.
* Project manage the execution of digital projects from planning, briefing, and design to deployment and analysis, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project.
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand initiatives and business needs, bringing this information to your team to deliver.
* Collaborate with a team of talented digital experts to develop and execute digital strategies that align with business objectives, using a data-driven approach to measure and optimise campaign performance.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or project management, with a proven track record of executing successful projects and campaigns.
* A solid understanding of digital marketing solutions, the production process, and the technologies that underpin these solutions.
* Experience working with web developers, digital producers, visual designers, and copywriters to deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns through an agile framework.
* Strong project management and planning skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
