**Position**:
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Support Administrator is responsible for the effective delivery of the asset recovery/ logistics shipping and sales support administration within the Group.
- Creating and maintaining Excel spread sheets, quote templates and tracking
- Logging of all sales orders, shipments and invoice details on ERP systems
- Support Sales Consultant on managing customer expectations
- Manage and maintain a product cost register
- Populate pipeline sales management documents
- Liaise with internal and external staff including customers
- Proactive development within the Sales Consultants specific accounts as directed by the Head of Sales Australia.
- Managing data input and flow, such as goods-in, delivery and invoicing
- Updating CRM and business systems
- Following up all invoice queries as support to finance team
- Purchasing product when requested by the Sales Consultant and with approval
- Quality processes and including but not limited to logging of RMAs
- When required providing cover of sales staff which they support
- Responsibility to operate within the trade compliance procedures, including the presentation of sales opportunities respecting export control rules/legislation and for suitable due diligence to be undertaken accordingly.
- Follow all companies Policies and Procedures including but not limited to Quality, Health and Safety, Environment and Information Security.
- The role is also expected to perform any reasonable requests which are not defined but in the ability of the individual.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in administration, preferably in telecoms related industries
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
