Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
* Provide daily care and support to children in foster care, including assisting with their daily needs and helping them develop life skills.
* Work closely with social workers, family members, and other stakeholders to ensure placement stability and meet the unique needs of each child.
In addition to these responsibilities, you may be required to work flexible shifts, participate in ongoing training and professional development, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
* Proven experience working with children in foster care or a similar setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
