• Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities and the ability to prioritise tasks
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Fast learner with a passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Electrical product and service knowledge is highly regarded, but not required

• Assist the Service and Maintenance division by preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing customer inquiries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and retention
