About the Role
Reporting to the HSQE Manager, the HSQE Support will be responsible for:
* HSQE IT management system (online platform) administration;
* Audit and inspection documentation administration;
* Incident and investigation documentation administration;
* Preparation of agendas and taking and distributing meeting minutes for various HSQE meetings;
* Review of incident reports and escalate reportable or notifiable incidents to the HSQE Manager;
* Assist in developing monthly, quarterly, and six-monthly HSQE reports as directed;
* Hazard report administration;
* Corrective Actions Register (CAR) administration from corrective actions identified in incident investigation reports, audit and inspection reports, risk assessments, hazard reports, and various other sources;
* Legislative change alerts administration, including notification to the Head of HSQE any changes relevant to the business;
* Preparing and submitting purchase orders for HSQE goods and services;
* Administration of required HSQE registers.
About you, your skills & experience
* Proven knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
* Ability to learn and navigate through various operating systems;
* Essential: Proficiency in MS Office suite of programs;
* Essential: Two years' experience in an administration role;
* A highly self-motivated team player, with sound organisational skills;
* Work effectively on own initiative, planning and organising own workload with ability to make decisions without supervision whilst maintaining an overall team approach;
* Customer-focused with the ability to inspire your team with commitment and enthusiasm;
* Able to maintain a friendly, calm and professional manner with strict confidentiality at all times;
* Comfortable dealing with a wide range of people;
* Able to display attention to detail and vigilance.
As part of the recruitment processes at Keolis, pre-employment checks include National Police Certificate and Rail Safety Worker Medical. Further to this, successful candidates will be required to provide a National Police Certificate where requested throughout employment and maintain their Rail Safety Medical status.
