This exciting role offers the opportunity to design and deliver bespoke travel experiences for international clients visiting Australia.Key Responsibilities:Curate and quote a range of tailor-made group itineraries whilst maintaining excellent product knowledge of our partners pre-arranged luxury tours.Provide expert advice on local attractions, activities, and destinations to enhance client experiences.Proactively manage and resolve any travel disruptions or on-the-ground issues to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.Deliver top-tier customer service and support throughout the travel process.Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure seamless servicePreparing and issuing invoices, receipt payments and maintaining financial documentsWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in inbound travel, with a focus on FIT or group travel.Knowledge of Tourplan is preferrable.Extensive Luxury product knowledgeExceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and customer service skills.***German or Spanish language skills are highly regarded but not essential.***Why You’ll Love It: Competitive Salary – $70K - $90K (Based on Experience) + Super Full-Time Role with long-term growth opportunities Supportive Team – Join a multicultural, friendly, and collaborative environmentReady to Apply?
