Job Title: Senior Baker
This is a senior role in the baking department where you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, mixing, and baking of breads, pastries, and other baked products.
* Monitoring oven temperatures to ensure product consistency
* FOLLOWING RECIPE GUIDELINES AND PRODUCTION SCHEDULES TO MEET DAILY DEMAND
* Maintaining compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
* Cleaning and maintaining baking equipment and the production area
* Working collaboratively within the team to achieve production targets
Requirements:
* A Certificate III in Baking or equivalent qualification; OR at least 3 years' relevant full-time work experience
* Demonstrated commercial baking experience
* Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills
