This is your chance to elevate your career by joining a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in payroll processing and compliance.Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Payroll Processing: Accurately manage payroll for employees on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Payroll Transactions Management: Handle all aspects of payroll transactions, including salary/wages, benefits, bonuses, deductions, taxes, and other adjustments with precision.System Management & Updates: Oversee and update payroll systems, including time and attendance, while maintaining up-to-date records for new hires, terminations, and employee changes.Data Integrity & Security: Ensure the payroll systems' data integrity and security are maintained to the highest standard.Vendor Liaison: Collaborate with internal and external vendors to resolve system issues and implement necessary updates efficiently.Employee Support: Provide prompt and clear verbal and written support to employees regarding payroll inquiries, including pay slip discrepancies, tax questions, and leave balances.Employee Education: Educate staff on payroll-related policies, procedures, and best practices.Reporting: Generate standard and ad hoc payroll reports to support business needs.Ideal Candidate:Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with large ERP systems and strong attention to detail.Awards & EBAs: Broad understanding of complex Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs) and awards.Deadline-Oriented: Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a collaborative team environment.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.What's on Offer:Competitive Salary: up to $85,000 + Super.Career Growth: An opportunity to grow your career in a high-impact role within a leading organization.Supportive Environment: Work within a team that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.If this sounds like the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
