About the Role:
An exciting opportunity is available for a Store Manager to lead the team at The Glen. You’ll be managing a close-knit team of 5–6 in a dynamic, quick-paced store. You’ll play a key role in shaping team culture, elevating the customer experience, and driving commercial success. Key Responsibilities:
Inspire and lead your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and strong sales results
Coach team members to achieve team goals
Execute commercial and visual merchandising strategies that connect with your customer
Oversee stock management, deliveries, and replenishment processes
