Role Overview
You will provide leadership to the IT Service desk team and assistance to Level 2 Support Analysts on our mine sites.
Typical responsibilities include:
* Developing a clear direction for the IT Service Team and promoting a customer service culture.
* Managing and reporting on Group IT assets and mobile fleet.
* Driving continuous improvement of Service requests, incident, and change management.

* Manage staff, including recruitment, mentoring, training, and performance assessment.
* Collaborate with System and Network Administrators, Data Engineers, Enterprise Apps, and other teams.

About You
As a successful IT Service Lead, you will demonstrate the ability to coordinate a range of activities within a demanding environment.
Key skills and experience include:
* Demonstrated experience as a help desk lead in a medium to large enterprise.
* Exposure to supporting a large end-user environment (1000+).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
