**The Role - Retail Supervisor**
We're looking for a **Retail Supervisor** to support our Group Retail Manager in overseeing daily operations at Loulou's **Boulangerie & Traiteur**. You'll help lead the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth service, maintaining product standards, and delivering a consistently exceptional guest experience.
You'll be responsible for:
- Supporting staff training and mentoring.
- Running the store during management's days off.
- Coordinating daily operations with the kitchen and bistro teams.
- Managing retail and delivery orders with precision and care.
**About You**
- Customer service-focused with a genuine love for fine food.
- Available to work 38 hours a week (paid overtime for additional hours).
- 1-2 years' retail or food & beverage experience.
- Some leadership experience preferred, but not essential.
- Comfortable using POS systems.
- A strong communicator and reliable team player.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
