About The Job
* Job Summary: Develop partnerships across multiple areas, including Hunter and Lower Hunter regions.
* Main Responsibilities:
o Establish strategic partnerships with services, training providers, schools, and other community groups.
o Build relationships to increase caseloads.
o Collaborate between external partnerships and EPlus teams to ensure participant needs are met.
o Represent Employment Plus at industry events, market days, and showcases.
o Generate monthly reports and profiles, collating partnerships within the Partner Portal.
o Support employers on adopting disability employment practices.
About You
* You'll need experience in employment services, knowledge of disabilities, and commercial acumen.
* You'll need skills in identifying, assessing, and developing new opportunities aligned with business strategy.
* You'll need strong negotiation skills, project management skills, self-motivation, autonomy, and ability to maintain relationships.
* You'll need attention to detail, high standards of professionalism, and customer service excellence.
* A driver's license is required for regional travel.
