We are seeking a passionate and experienced Learning and Development Officer to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs and deliver engaging and effective learning solutions.

**Role Overview**: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Learning and Development Officer to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of the employees. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs and deliver engaging and effective learning solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training needs assessments and develop tailored learning programs.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Create and manage training materials and resources.
Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their professional growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field. ( OR working towards )
- Proven experience as a Learning and Development Officer or similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and training software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
