What your day will look like….
As a Clinical Facilitator, you'll engage directly with nurses and midwives, providing hands-on support and guidance to enhance their clinical practice. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a positive learning environment, conduct comprehensive assessments, and facilitate evidence-based care planning. Your role will involve mentoring, coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that both new and experienced staff achieve excellence in their practice. Through your leadership and advanced clinical judgement, you'll contribute to the delivery of high-quality, safe healthcare services in the South Burnett region.
