Project Manager for Infrastructure Development
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead our infrastructure development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
The project manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, including developing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing risk, and mitigating potential issues that may impact project delivery.
* Develop and implement project management plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
* Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects, including site preparation, excavation, and building construction
* Manage project teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including safety regulations, environmental regulations, and building codes
* Mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery
In addition to project management skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
* At least 7 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on project management
* Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
