Prior Clinical Trials experience is not necessary - full training and support will be provided

We are an outpatient service
No nights and very occasional weekend duties, we are open 7am-6pm weekdays

The responsibility of providing medical care is not dependent on you, but is shared with external community services and among our internal multi-disciplinary team
To grow our business and make our vision a reality, you will successfully :
Explain the nature and purpose of trials to participants in order to ensure they are giving informed consent
Deliver safe and effective person-centred care to maximise patient enrolment
Take comprehensive medical histories and conduct physical examinations to the highest standards of medical care
Review and assess the significance of pathology reports and bedside tests
Identify solutions to extend patient recruitment efforts to support business goals
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure trial process are conducted thoroughly and fulfil the needs of our sponsors
Be keen to extend and explore all of your personal and professional skills to participate in projects designed to improve the quality and success of Emeritus Research

Has a strong interest in best practice clinical care
Possesses strong interpersonal & communication skills
Has a meticulous attention to detail and is able to multi-task
Is adaptable to new systems and processes in areas such as computing and documentation
Can work full day sessions Monday to Friday
Could be a doctor, HMO or RMO seeking a secure medical career path outside of the hospital or private practice environment
What do we want from you?
Medical Practitioner with Unrestricted General and / or Specialist Registration with AHPRA
Current Medical Indemnity Insurance
Meet the requirements of Good Clinical Practice training within Australia or be willing to learn and adhere to these requirements
Australian citizen or permanent Australian Resident
