Experienced Office Administrator / Receptionist
A well-known, locally owned and operated air conditioning company with over 30 years in the business. Our small but dedicated team is looking for an experienced person to assist with a wide range of admin tasks.
About the Role
Manage front office/reception area and telephone – you will be the first point of contact.
Assist the Director and Office Manager with the day-to-day operation of the business.
Data management, invoicing, maintaining accurate records and documents daily.
Basic bookkeeping (reconciling, accounts payable and receivable).
Assist with developing our business management systems, including establishing new processes and procedures to support business growth.
Previous experience in administration/reception with strong customer service skills.
Ability to work autonomously and problem-solve.
Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Sound organizational skills, good memory, and efficient processes.
High attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize workload and multitask.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in developing relationships with diverse backgrounds.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Experience with job management software and database systems.
Use and application of digital forms.
Scheduling staff appointments.
Knowledge of electrical or air conditioning installations is a plus.
