Support Project Officer

This role involves providing administrative support to project teams. Coordinating, maintaining and managing project records is key. Delivering administration services and information to both internal and external clients is also a priority.

Duties include:

* Providing accurate, timely and confidential support to the project team. This includes preparation and distribution of project documentation and supervision of project records management systems.

* Assisting in the completion of monthly reports in consultation with project managers.

To succeed in this role, you will need an aptitude for various software and troubleshooting expertise for electronic devices. You will also require excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
