As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Trainee – Administration to join our team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone passionate about business administration, social media, communication and supporting day-to-day business operations.
You will receive on-the-job mentoring from our experienced team, as well as access to external TAFE/online training to complete a Certificate III in Business Administration (or progress further depending on your chosen pathway).

About the Role
Administration Duties
* General administrative support across multiple departments
* Data entry and updating company systems
* Answering, directing and managing incoming calls
* Assisting with document control and filing
* Supporting HR and Training teams with onboarding, compliance checks and record keeping
* Assisting with calendar management, bookings and scheduling
Social Media & Marketing Support (for applicants with interest in this area)
* Assisting with content creation
* Drafting simple social media posts
* Helping coordinate marketing materials
(Training will be provided.)
About You
To be considered, you will demonstrate:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A passion for administration, organisation, social media or business development
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Excel, Word)
* Ability to work well within a team and independently
* Strong attention to detail
* Self-motivation, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
* Current driver's licence
No previous administration experience required—just the right attitude and willingness to learn.
